Concept

Martina Palmoni considers drawing as a fundamental part of the creative moment, even to make stand-alone works in ink on paper.
The works look like the page of a modern comic strip, they are in fact cutouts, or rather, composed with different fragments of reality, in an almost surreal way and for this reason very effective from the point of view of communication and narration. The references to iconic artists of 20th century art, such as Magritte, Picasso and Klimt, are interesting, contextualized in a coherent and homogeneous way, offering the cue for a modern key to interpretation.
In fact, the artist combines these artistic references with his experience in the field of design and fashion, which become fundamental elements in his expressive language.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
