What I felt most in this Corona Disaster was the kindness of people.
The title "The North Wind and the Sun" comes from the fable of Isobel,
The story goes something like this.

The North Wind and the Sun
Once upon a time, the North Wind and the Sun were arguing about who was the better to make a traveller take off his tops quicker.
So they decided to have a contest to see who could make the traveler take off his jacket.
First, the north wind blew with a powerful whistling sound and tried to blow the traveler's jacket off.
However, the traveler who did not want to take his jacket off tightly, and the north wind could not make the traveler take off his clothes.
Next, the sun shone brilliantly. Then the traveler could not stand the heat, and this time he took off his jacket himself.
With this, the sun won the game.

If you try to move people with a cold and harsh attitude, they will instead become stubborn,
But warm and kind words and attitude can make people take action on their own.
I wondered if perhaps the scary Corona would be satisfied and become docile if we acknowledged its existence and treated it gently like a princess.
The work depicts a round, lovely Amabie-sama soothing the coronas, like the sun or a bodhisattva. The coronas are moved by Amabie's kindness and are crying.
The coronas are three-dimensional in order to emphasize their presence.
