Concept

To me, creation is the process of digging deeper and wandering in the inner universe; exploring myself and finding my place in the outer space. The works present a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, creating a space where the viewer can rest in peace.

I like the connection between chance and inevitability, so I do not have a draft stage in the creation process, but gradually change and complete my works according to the current picture and state of mind, and indulge in the unintentional brushstrokes; just like every moment in life, with the expectation of the unknown, and then accept every chance as inevitable.
I often use the shapes of mountains and the sea to create my works, and use the stacking of fragmented color blocks to depict the world I see, full of light. Those color blocks with different shapes, layers and random distribution represent the unpredictable things in life, sometimes out of control, yet so fascinating.
