In this work I wanted to highlight the strength of a look from the past. While the eyes, mirror of the soul and capable of communicating the unspoken, have remained impressed in my memory, the material details have slowly faded with the passage of time.
I see painting as a path of research and knowledge that goes beyond the simple form, a search for transcendence towards other states of consciousness.
Through my works I explore the multiple dimensions beyond appearance. In fact, in my works, the interest in the mimetic reproduction of reality has always given way to the expression of one's own perceptions through colour; the object therefore becomes only a pretext.
