Description

Line @1 is a unique painting. A wooden frame frames an ever-changing canvas. The subject of the painting that is revealed in small parts by the colored lines is always different and will be identified only upon delivery. The intervention implemented on the canvas, which is protected by a plexiglass plate, is carried out by overlapping colored stripes of yellow, green, white. black, lilac, fluorescent orange and fluorescent fuchsia. In the Linea @1 model the colors of the lines will always be the same while the dimensions may vary depending on the model. Some lines are intentionally imperfect so as to reveal the underlying canvas; other lines are rippled to give a textural sense to the composition.

Concept

My design concept is the result of a long process characterized by a close relationship with the world of art. The study of materials has allowed me to develop new, pure lines, with a predominant return to materiality and simplicity. I search for new stimuli by observing what surrounds me, reworking them into a single subject. I integrate the "form" in relation to the "space". My work is a vision towards the future, which starts from the primordial forms of the past.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
