At the end of December, my daughter and I were in Rome. This city appreciates its gracefulness, monuments and architecture. But in winter, it is wrapped in its atmosphere even brighter. Heavy rain was a faithful companion at the beginning of our observation. Wet pavement, heavy gray clouds, dark sky - this is what Rome looked like at that time.
If you visit Rome in winter, you will see this city from a different angle. Fewer tourists and more opportunities. It's nice to feel that every shade of Rome, every corner of it is gorgeous and received. This city makes us return again and again to feel its birth.
The absence of the sun did not create the mood, because an endless row of beautiful old buildings opened up before my eyes. Heavy pavements and streets of the old capital of Italy kept history and beauty. The gracefulness of Rome's buildings does not offer its charm either in winter or in summer. The architecture of this city is a real monument of history and culture. Beautiful old buildings have been thoroughly repainted, however, their facades retain their original appearance.
To think about winter in Rome is to think about traveling in another dimension. There is no frost here, no blizzard, but there is only intrigue and irresistible charm. And at this moment it is clear that winter in Rome is a temporary period
