Description

Once I was engaged in the sale of natural stones and it was a great time. Communication with natural minerals was very interesting. It was possible to pick up and examine the stones for hours. Their incredible energy, strength and beauty were felt and I was completely delighted.

In this series "Pink and Green" I explore the combination of two colors of different shades. I wanted to show shades of different natural stones: rose quartz, jade, bull's eye, kunzite, morganite, topaz, pink agate, zoisite, opal, rhodonite, rhodochrosite, chrysolite, beryl, modavite, tourmaline - all these stones are extremely beautiful.

The beauty of nature is extraordinary. She has already thought of everything for us a long time ago - and showed us the combinations of shades. Have I swung at the ability of nature? Maybe) I know for sure that it turned out beautifully

Concept

I believe that in abstract art meaning should come first, so in my works I mostly turn to the problems of the modern world: issues of gender equality, racial injustice and feminism, as well as the ecology of the planet. Additionally, my technique of resin tubes helps me convey the problem more figuratively and draw much more “volume” attention to these important topics
