Voluntary and unpredictable at the same time, systematically organized or delivered to the changing configurations of the accident, hazard has always had a place in the process of artistic creation. But here, random becomes a method and, if it lets randomness into production, it differs from accident and shapeless.
It is not a question of resorting to chance 'by chance'.
Accepting that the result upsets the original intention questions the limits of the invention, obliges me to explore the layout of shapes and the distribution of colors with humility beyond the classical oppositions of order and disorder, control and abandonment, form and accident.
