Whirlwinds are one of my favorite topics. I love that they combine vertical and horizontal movement. There is a point from which a vortex is born - the central upper point, it is energetically charged, from it there is movement in horizontal lines downward, the bottom, as well as the top, is fixed by the completion point. There is a beginning, there is a development and there is an end - this is a whole story, and this is a very beautiful construction! It's incredible how this happens, the first whirlwinds were spontaneous, I did not conceive such a drawing, it was an improvisation. Now, of course, I am already tuning in to this movement of the hand, body, I know that I want to convey this particular drawing, this particular energy, but I don’t know how it will turn out, and I really like it in abstract painting.
