Piccinelli evokes several references for this work on canvas.
The first is musical. The artist discovered jazz when he was a teenager and one of the first albums he bought was "Arbor Zena" by Keith Jarrett.
Recorded at Tonstudio Bauer in Ludwigsburg in October 1975, Arbor Zena is a major orchestral work for Keith Jarrett, playing on textures and the notion of space. Recorded with Jan Garbarek on tenor saxophone, Charlie Haden on double bass and the Stuttgart Symphony Orchestra conducted by Mladen Gutesha.
About the title: "Sea view Window", The sea, seen from the window, is a constant reminder of the fluidity of life. Like rising and falling tides, our own emotions and experiences fluctuate over time. It teaches us patience, because the waves never rush, they go at their own pace, just as we sometimes have to accept the natural flow of life.
