It was afternoon, thundering and raining heavily outside. I was talking to mom in my room. After a while, the sky turned dark due to cloud cover. It looked as if it was dusk at 12 noon!

Concept

I’m Aatmica. I started painting from an early age of 6. I expressed my interest in art by making greeting cards. I like to explore with techniques. For instance, I do dripping, palate knife, hand smudging, cone work, thread work, paper work, collages, cut work, appliqué work, embroidery etc. Similarly I explore with styles too ! For instance, I paint abstract, figurative, symbolism, landscapes, ancient primitive, historic, religious etc. I get my inspiration from various sources : looking around, past events, human emotions, etc.
