Description

Each of these three square paintings are created from hundreds of paint drips, dried, and then layered in radiating patterns over the canvas.
Unique abstracts that offer unusual dimension and pretty patterns in summery, uplifting colours.

They are also available as single artworks.

Each work is fitted with D rings and wire for immediate hanging. On the back you will find my signature, initials, title and year. It is registered on the NRAA (National Registry for Australian artists). The works come with details of the registration and a Certificate of Authenticity.

Concept

"When the paint is dry my work is just beginning".

I dry the paint on plastic so that it can be removed. I use the dried paint to collage, weave, layer, and glue.
All of my series exclusively use dried paint in their creations.

Does this art work need a frame?

In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
