The artist takes inspiration from the images of the “lotus” and the “conical hat”, which are symbols of Vietnamese culture.
The paintings aim to depict the image of a women who is always nurturing and sacrificing for the people they love.
In the history of Vietnam and the world, women have played an important role. They not only take care of their family, unconditionally loving their husbands and children, but also contribute to preserving and imparting moral values, cultural values, and national values to the next generation.
Through this artwork aims to honor and commemorate the contributions of mothers and older sisters because women are the key to life.

My name is Bam Bi (Vietnamese name, Võ Hoàng Phương Uyên), a traditional painting artist and co-founder of B/S Art Studio in Vietnam.
I established B/S Art Studio with the motto "Creativity with Vietnamese Culture and Identity." I hope that through painting, music and organizing art experience activities, I can share my knowledge and passion about the beauty of my homeland, national culture and traditional values with everyone.
I hope that one day, the Vietnamese culture will be prominently featured on the world cultural map

Does this art work need a frame?

In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.
