When I created this light gray and white small abstract landscape painting, I was thinking about the importance of letting go certain things, holding on to others :) Contemporary mixed media artwork on canvas, modern home interior accent.
The original 11.8x11.8x1.4" (30x30x3.5cm) artwork on gallery wrapped canvas, is made with acrylic colors, gesso, resins mixed with sands.
Being richly textured, it gives the viewer both a visual and a tactile experience.
It's signed on the back by the author and ready to hang. -

Concept
I love to create ethereal abstract landscapes. In my mixed media I give a tactile component to the painting, so it interacts with daylight, using acrylic colors, sand mixed to resin, metallic pigments and sometimes, stones or other coarse-grained materials.
