In creating this piece, I've poured my fascination with the ever so present juxtaposition of being a human being into every stroke.
The viewer is invited to glance along on the soft, blended space of the image, or to dance into the wilder, intuitive lines the dripped synthetic enamel traces on top of the acrylic paint.
The blend of comic-like "cut out" composition, with only the chin on hand gesture visible, leaving the top of the portrait open for the imagination for the viewer,
and surrealism aesthetics of the beautiful little mouth and nose gives life to a feminine, celestial ambiance.
The interplay of cool hues and golden accents creates a dreamlike serenity, much like the pose of the imaginary young Goddess depicted, inviting the viewer into a world of tranquil, harmonious beauty.
