My work is based on the theme of "Chill" and serves as a device for escaping reality, confronting oneself, and cooling down. The motifs of my works are actual landscapes, and by using the flat and low-information technique of "dyeing" to depict landscapes as perceived by a third party, I intentionally draw them to connect to the pleasant moments hidden in the anonymous and déjà vu side of our daily lives. The dots on the work are freehand designs created by traces of wax, and are intended to evoke a pleasant, concentrated passage of time during the production process from the accumulation of simple actions, and the changes in the size of the dots give a strong sense of emotional swings and visual effects. The name of the work is a motif of the scenery that can be seen from the coordinates of the work, and I include issues that are an extension of daily life by adding a bit of discomfort. Every thing is like a gradation, and a different story is born depending on how each person perceives it. I would like to continue to question from what standpoint we face the universal sense of comfort that each individual has from trivial everyday scenes and the problems that lie behind them.
