Description

Chimera 22 is part of a collection of spiritual psychic introspections that aim to understand the spiritual moment in which the artist find herself.

it´s interesting that the observer finds one to feel connected with. All the buyers have so far found the Chimera that talks about their spiritual moment aswell.

This Chimera in particular shows a moment of spiritual analysis.

The works sold are the originals, completely unic, already frammed and made with naquim pen on thin paper. Since the Chimeras are about materializing ephemeral moments, the paper should slowly grow old with them, that´s part of their beauty.

Concept

My artistic work refers to the materialization of my spiritual studies. So far, I have taken a deep look into pre cristianistic cults in which the cult of female goddesses were active, budism, tantric yoga, cristianism and chinese metafisics. I cross the information about these cults to build a theory that I apply to my works.

I use photography, drawing and painting as means of expression. Regarding photography I use editions to show the world not as it is seen, but as I understand it regarding to my built theory. Regarding drawing I use nanquim pen or graphite monolite. Regarding painting, I have worked with watercolor and oil ink. Nowadays most of my expression is made using nanquim pen.

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
