In this diptych, I celebrate the eternal beauty of music and contrast through two complementary works, each measuring 36 x 48 cm. A black grand piano on a white background and a white grand piano on a black background create a striking interplay of light and shadow, silence and sound.
Accented with vibrant red and enriched with the phrases “Sound is born from touch…” and “In every chord, a heartbeat,” the artwork emphasizes the deep connection between human emotion and music. The red details symbolize passion and energy, enhancing the concept of the piece.
Inspired by vintage and retro styles, the diptych combines the sophistication of Art Deco with the bold simplicity of Pop Art. The classic yet modern aesthetic reflects the harmony of contrasts, while the textured pastel strokes and dynamic compositions add a sense of sensuality and expressiveness.
This work is a tribute to the tactile nature of music, a visual symphony conveying the soul of sound and the art of touch.
