With the name of Aconcagua or Aconcaguas1 culture is known that indigenous population of the late Neolithic period (in the global name) n 1 or the Late Intermediate Agroalfarero period (in the regional name) n 2 that inhabited the current area of the territory of Chile between the Aconcagua rivers in the north, especially the so-called Aconcagua valley, and the Cachapoal in the south, approximately n 3 2 between the years 900 and 1536
