The Glorias district of Barcelona is under construction for redevelopment, and materials are piled up in the unpaved square, and excavators are coming and going. The spire of the unfinished cathedral, Sagrada Familia, can be seen in the distance, along with the cranes that surround it, and from here it looks like a towering mountain.
The combination of the silhouette of the famous building and the everyday life of a construction site in the city was interesting, and I drew it on the spot. First, I drew what caught my eye with a marker, and then I drew shadows and clouds with a pencil over them.
