When we are children, our minds are free to roam.
We can travel to other worlds,
Where anything is possible.
We can be knights, or dragons, or lions.
We can fly through the air,
Or swim in the depths of the sea.
In our dreams, we are not bound by the rules of reality.
We can be anything we want to be.
This is why dreams are so important.
They are our way of escaping the mundane world,
And exploring our full potential.
In this piece, "The Guardian," I wanted to capture the power of dreams.
The little girl in the painting wears a dragon costume,
Because in her dreams, the dragon is her protector.
He is her loyal guardian,
Who watches over her and keeps her safe.
Dreams are our most vital barrier to reality.
They allow us to see the world in a new light,
And to imagine a better future.
