"You are not perfect./ You are not perfect." For as long as I can remember, I often felt complex when I found asymmetrical points on my own face. But as I studied medicine, I came to realize that the body is asymmetrical in every structural respect, from the position and size of organs to the angularity of the nervous and vascular systems, and even the structure of the brain, which appears symmetrical at first glance, plays very different roles in the left and right sides of the body. AI is nowadays yearning for human beings. Nowadays, AI is trying to cross the "uncanny valley" by trying to be more realistic by giving a slight facial asymmetry/difference in its generated images, which makes us admire humans. Ironically, however, we humans tend to be more attracted to faces that are symmetrical in nature. So we will gladly send them (AIs) back to the other side of the uncanny valley. Leaving only "longing" for each other. The relationship between "AI : human" was created on the basis of "99 (9 x 11) : 100 (10 x 10)". When you are confronted with the proud faces of "100-1" symmetrical and "perfect" AIs, do you find them beautiful? Or do you find them terrifying? Edition 1/1, framed size 598mm x 422mm x 24mm
