Somebody at Head Office has decided that there is a seam of marginality to be mined, to great and profitable effect in the hamburger world, if only someone could think of how to do it. Now they have, with the idea of a menu themed around ‘The Unimpossible Forgetfulness’. Normally a double negative would lead to a positive, but I have it on good authority that that is not the case here: it’s not a possible, it’s an impossible possible. The images are confusing and difficult to read: I’m minded of Roswell and military secrets, but who knows. It’s a great idea: forget something you haven’t thought of.

The framing of the larger works alone costs around $2k. Each artwork is shipped in a specially constructed packing case. I personally supervise the production of each one.]
