Part of a storyline, I think, from a film like ‘Blue Velvet’, if David Lynch had been around to make it in the 1930s. This may have to do with the electrification of the United States, but only if you don't understand how empty metaphorical illustration is. I don't do metaphors: this is exactly what it appears to be, which is something inexplicable. See it right now out of your window.
