    Description

    Original eraser print for sale. Size 30 x 30 x 1.0 (cm) This work was inspired by the jazz musician Chick Corea's composition "friends," and expresses the kindness, warmth, and playfulness associated with friends, along with the presence of a giant tree, in colorful colors. This work was created on March 30, 2024, when I performed at "Music*Art" at Ebisu Kira Hall in Tokyo. It is as it was at that time. No ink was added afterwards.

    Concept

    Creating works of paintings that combine eraser stamps/prints with texture art. Themes include expressing the image of a person near me in front of me at that moment, or drawing and engraving a design that I want to engrave on an eraser stamp print, and expressing the scenery that expands from that stamp print. What I am pursuing is the expression of the combination of textural art that matches the impression of the eraser stamp prints.

    Does this art work need a frame?

    In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.

    What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

    • If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.
    • If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.
    • If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.

    What happens after purchase?

    • You will receive an email after we confirm the shipping date with the artist.
