In Greek mythology, Okeanos is the divine personification of a mighty river flowing around the inhabited world, which is considered the father of all rivers and the Oceanids and occasionally even appears as the father of all gods and the origin of the world. Shown here with Asklepios snake, which was considered the protector of the underworld and shows Okeanos its way.
The artwork got created in a snowy winter in Tirol, Austria and took me about 2 months to get the final result.
