More than half a century ago, a four-engine DC6B prop plane was parked at Haneda Airport for its first flight to Honolulu. The final destination was San Francisco. The pilot, flight engineer, and airman-navigator, who checks the sky position and directs the pilot in the direction of the course, are busy with pre-flight inspections.
