A young boy, Masato Iwamura, got off the train at the station "Taka-Amahara".
This is where his otherworldly journey begins.
The purpose of Masato's journey is to unravel the mystery of his ancestors.
Here, in the Taka-Amahara, there still exist ancient gods.
Masato Iwamura was born and raised in the seaside town of Shonan, a famous coastal in Japan.
Near his home town, there are seven shrines named after his father's ancestors.
"There must be the eighth shrine."
With these words, his father departed for the other world of Taka-Amahara, where he would live for the rest of his life.
He never returned.
A young boy, Masato Iwamura, came to Taka-Amahara alone.
Will he be reunited with his father?
Or will he be able to meet the gods and learn about his ancestors?
