In Japan, there is a word that describes the season called "Han-natsu-sho. During this time of year, there is often heavy rainfall, and according to local traditions, farmers in some areas have to suspend farming, and vegetables picked on this day are not to be eaten.
I believe that people have lived in harmony with nature with a sense of awe for a long time.
I painted this picture with the hope that the waterside, with its thickly growing plant named "Hangesho," will always be a beautiful scene.
