Maroka, still does not have a completely cataloged style because it goes through different facets. At the moment, for example, it is in a facet in which I am once again enjoying the more analogical processes. Maroka creates her work bordering on the pop style, since she uses a lot of saturated and cheerful palettes. He works both digitally and manually and always with textures. In any case, there is no closed style. The illustrations are complex, but at the same time they have a certain surreal and dynamic air.

I was born in 1989 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2009 I began my studies as a teacher of visual arts and design at the Carlos Morel School of Fine Arts, in my hometown. At the School of Fine Arts I participated in some artistic movements: calls for mail art by Samuel Montalvetti; and on ATC artist cards. In these spaces different artists, mostly Argentine, exchanged edited and illustrated thematic postcards. That same year I decided to leave the school of fine arts to enter the University of Design and Urbanism (FADU-UBA). There I decided to study Graphic Design; Labor field in which I eventually work. The first illustration works began with purely digital and hyper-realistic drawings with different applications, for companies and also for smaller clients. At the same time, I was developing a more personal style, training as an illustrator in different workshops and with the aim of improving my style. I participated in collaborative projects with R. Zinn inside and outside the university environment. Currently I dedicate myself to photography in my free time and I also dedicate myself to other areas of art.
