My first works were about complexes and questioned them by exaggerating them. You become aware of it, struggle with it, and accept it. Then you become mentally and physically free, and the world you see changes. This leads to "liberation," which is the axis of what follows. In our society, while we value "individuality" through social networking and other means, there seems to be no end to attacks based on assumptions. I started the "Landscape_es.cape" series with the motif of mountains, hoping that we can respect and forgive each other no matter what. I press the shutter not for an existing image, but for an as-yet-undiscovered possibility. In the face of Mother Nature, human power is very weak, and a scale beyond human knowledge leads us to liberation. What I find interesting is that I feel the expansion of myself that I have not yet discovered. When you feel "strange," it is because there is a gap between your sense and your own. Both are elements of possibility (hope). Through my works, I hope to provide an opportunity to discover the possibilities that exist for everyone.
