As a photographer, my passions are nature/National Parks and sports.

When it comes to nature, I'm passionate about showing that minorities - particularly black boys and girls - belong in nature just as much as anyone. Wilderness, forests, woods and animals aren't just for "white people." The peace, serenity and life-changing experiences that accompany nature are for everybody.

As for sports, well, there's a particular beauty that is showcased through athleticism. I love being able to capture things that are one-of-a-kind. There are no do-overs in sports. It requires me, as a photographer, to be on my A-game because once the moment has passed, it will never return again. To capture and memorialize these moments is a unique opportunity that I don't take for granted.
