Albina Urbanek is a contemporary artist. Her recognizable style is distinguished by the use of stylized figures and shapes of objects that give the canvas an original character.
A native of the city of Sterlitamak of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Albina received higher economic education, graduating in 1990 from the Ufa State Aviation Technical University.
An autodidact, she has over the years perfected her skills in well-known Parisian art studios such as Ateliers de Beaux-Arts, Ateliers du Carrousel de Louvre, and modern French painters.
Working primarily with oil on canvas, Albina creates figurative paintings with elements of naive art. Her urban landscapes with bizarre, asymmetrical forms of buildings and objects immerse the viewer in an atmosphere of vivid travel experiences and awaken dreams of new voyages. Picturesque texture, tight brushstrokes, depth of color shades testify to the constant creative search for the artist.
In recent years, attracted to symbolism, Albina reflects human relationships and emotions through the lens of everyday scenes. She has been an active participant in French and international exhibitions and has won awards and prizes in the field of the visual arts.
She lives and works in Paris.
