Concept

In my work, I would like to highlight the beauty in ordinary places. Especially night time scenes. I am also interested in what particular places sound like. My work always depicts real places in my surrounding area so when I go on photoshoots, I also consider what certain places are like sonically as well as visually. Through my colouring, I like to capture a place's harmony and sounds such as quiet streets or busy traffic. I am also a musician, so I create works holistically in the sense that I think about harmonious colours, visual rhythm and movement as well.
