My name is Katrin, I was born in Russia.

My artistic journey began long before painting. At first I worked as a colorist in the workshop of Marat Ka, a fairly well-known outrageous decorator. I was involved in mixing paints and could match the right color to any surface. Also there I learned about various decorative materials created by Marat himself.

During this period, I fell in love with paints, colors and various types of wall covering materials. After some time, I began to be interested in graphic drawing with a pencil, it all spilled over into training as an interior artist.

I like abstract shapes, lines and curves. I can be inspired by the simplest patterns that I see, for example, in a magazine. Now I like different techniques. There is a desire to try and learn new things.
