1989 Entered Kyo-sukkei Actor Training School (Shimokitazawa, Tokyo).

1992 Entered Image Forum Institute of Moving Image (Yotsuya, Tokyo).
Began making independent films.
1994: Produced the short film "Craving.

1995: While returning to his hometown in Japan, he was hit by the Great Kansai Earthquake. He lived in an evacuation center for a while.
Since then, he has lived in Kobe and continued his filmmaking activities.
1996: Begins production of 8mm feature film "Convulsions" in Kobe.
Produced a short film "Premonition".
1997 Participated in live painting activities at Suma beach.
1998 First solo exhibition of video works at Image Forum's Cinematheque.
2000 Participated in the activities of C.A.P. - Conference on Art and Planning.
Participated in I.G.S. - International Group Show - organized international art festival.
Produced his first digital video work "Benjamin Brothers".
2002 Produced a collection of video works "Benjamin Theater. Screened at KAVC (Kobe Art Village Center).
2004 Performed in "Celebration" written and directed by Wakagi-Efu at KAVC Theatre Junction Vol.2.
Performed in "Falling Daughter" written and directed by Wally Kinoshita.


2010: Collapsed at home and diagnosed as an alcoholic.
2016 Diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has since continued drawing activities as part of his painting therapy.
2022 Held "Benjamin. Solo Exhibition" at the KAVC Gallery, bringing together all of his paintings to date.

Currently, he continues to work energetically despite chronic hepatitis, emphysema, hypersomnia, and other illnesses.
