Victoria is an artist from Ukraine. She is an icon painter by specialty, has studied and practiced Byzantine icon painting of the 10-16 centuries since 2012. This is a complex technique of egg tempera painting, which is made immediately before work by grinding minerals and semi-precious stones on glass. This gives a unique painting texture. Having mastered the basics of classical icon painting, Victoria writes original icons, bringing a creative approach and her own style. In addition to icons, Victoria writes what inspires her, female portraits in egg tempera, and landscapes in watercolor. Tempera and watercolor are two favorite techniques of the artist.
