Hi, I'm Lena. I live and work in the city of Zhytomyr. I have no art education. But I can’t call myself self-taught, because I am learning to see from the outside and today I have a teacher.

I have developed a personal relationship with painting: at one time it literally saved me from death and became a guiding star.

I work in the style of impressionism, in the genres of landscape and still life, I prefer oil painting. In the paintings I focus on color, experimenting with a palette of different shades. My works are more about images that convey certain emotions and moods, give a message to people. However, of course, everyone will see and feel something of their own - this is part of the task of the beholder - to know oneself through criticism of someone else's perception.

The purpose of my work is to bring a certain joy of being into the world of other people, create an atmosphere and give boundless love.
