Concept

As an artist and storyteller I use art, media, music and performance to help people hear their inner guidance and find their deepest purpose in life. Among many things I paint portals. I like to think they’re some type of metaphysical transfer of information but that’s up for you to decide. The relief of creation comes from using the hands, it can be anything but it has to be made by hand—this is the magic healing potion for the troubled mind & the broken heart. In 2014 I had a breakthrough realization that led me to seriously dedicate to painting as practice for mindfulness and presence. I decided to devote my time to painting because I needed to grow, I was stagnant. I needed to learn new things, experience new things: things that words can’t teach. And soon after, I realized I was painting doors or windows, portals if you will. For me, it’s all about the journey, I dive into my work like an explorer in a foreign land and allow it to show me what it wants to be. My Work is teaching me about intuition: about how to listen and feel, perceive beyond the constraints of intellect and logic; it’s teaching me how to use a different type of compass in my life. -Epiphanio Alexander

As an artist and storyteller I use art, media, music and performance to help people hear their inner guidance and find their deepest purpose in life.

Among many things I paint portals. I like to think they’re some type of metaphysical transfer of information but that’s up for you to decide. Epiphanio was Born in Veracruz, Mexico. He studied photography and music and has been a musician for over 20 years. He's a graphic & web design business owner since 2003, has painted since a young age and professionally since 2014. Epiphanio has been a truth and spiritual seeker his whole life, studied numerous spiritual traditions and every day continues to be amazed by the grand adventure of life. He lives in Olympia WA, USA.
