Food: I draw on the theme of things that look delicious but are raw and somewhat ugly. I hope to make everyday familiar objects and the appearance of food on the verge of being eaten interesting. Flowers: I express the warmth of color by utilizing the texture created by the movement of paint and the accidental nature of brushstrokes. Others: I paint the aggregates created by the casual accumulation of human life and the coincidence of color and line.
