Concept

I use ruins and ruins that have a nostalgic and mysterious sense of time as my main motif. I create works with a narrative that assumes various scenes. I use perspective and Escher-like optical illusions to create powerful, three-dimensional compositions. I also try to make use of the materiality of the canvas to create a trick-art-like technique that makes it appear to float. The technique is mainly acrylic painting, and I also make copperplate prints as small works.
