Ivo Compagnoni, painter born in Bedizzole in the sixties and present in the world of painting at the tender age of 13 years.
His first paintings were drawn using oil techniques with the recurring theme of the countryside, the place of his childhood, and then he gradually moved on to more and more complex techniques arriving at the use of acrylic painting with which he creates works of considerable expressive power.
The technique used is very original, a sort of decomposition of the images in which each part of the figures is divided in an almost geometric way and minutely contoured. Every part of the image has a homogeneous chromatic connotation that changes, fading, in the bordering parts.
With the passing of time came the glory and the fame so long awaited: strong indications at provincial and regional level, several prizes obtained even in extemporaneous painting where Ivo Compagnoni exalts his art, numerous articles and interviews in newspapers and newspapers, present in several art galleries, including Rome and Milan and numerous requests for exhibitions throughout Italy and beyond.
