I am son of an artist. My father Giovanni has been an excellent caricaturist and illustrator, who taught me the first basic elements of drawing and painting techniques. From an early age following in the footsteps him, i began to work as a painter, illustrator and caricaturist.

I am son of an artist. My father Giovanni has been an excellent caricaturist and illustrator, who taught me the first basic elements of drawing and painting techniques. From an early age following in the footsteps him, i began to work as a painter, illustrator and caricaturist.

Then the teachings of Maestro Roberto Santarelli, teacher of the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome has been fundamental for me, under whose guidance I experimented and deepened the various painting techniques, initially favoring the refined watercolor technique.

The meeting with Alberto Parres was decisive in my artistic growth path. Thanks to his teachings my work become free from a classical figurative, to introduce a research path in the aesthetic field oriented above all in experiencing my perceptions in relationship with the spiritual qualities of color. In this manner the brushstrokes became quick and essential filling the volumes and giving to the work a sense of transience and intensity of the lived experience.
