Always wanted to be an artist, I grew up in South Australia surrounded by beautiful wine growing regions and the outback just up the road. My career took me all over Australia so I was able to experience the diversity of our country. With my career so time consuming and having 5 children I was left with little time to do what I love most which is to paint. Now that I'm retired these last two years, it's become an obsession and all I want to do! I've entered a couple of competitions and have done well including being a finalist in the Fleurieu Biennale and winning some time spent in the south of France learning the master's techniques, what an experience that was! I occasionally teach art but mostly I indulge my passion.
