Born in Upland, California in 1968. Moved to Silver Spring, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, D.C. for his father’s work. In 1976. He attended the Maryland Institute, College of Art, and received a BFA in General Fine Arts in 1998. A working artist, Dunn has worked at The Phillips Collection and the National Museum of African Art. He has also worked as an art appraiser. He has exhibited his work in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and London, UK. Currently he keeps his studio in Maryland and lives in Virginia with his wife Andrea.
