Concept

Hayakawa says that creating art is a way to express his own emotions. There are some emotions that is hard to explain by words that he tries to express through artworks. Most of his artworks use two materials which are Japanese painting and acrylic painting. He was used to drawing portraits when he started to create art but now, he challenges new style, abstract painting. He hopes he can continue drawing both styles to explore a way to express his emotions.

Biography

Born in 1976. Born in Soka City, Saitama .

After graduating from the Japanese Painting Department of Musashino Art Academy in 2000, she began her career as an artist.
Until 2004, she exhibited her works featuring portraits at public exhibitions and competitions.
Since 2005, she has added abstract paintings and imaginary landscapes to her subject matter, and continues to exhibit her work at galleries, mainly through solo exhibitions.

In addition to her solo exhibitions, public exhibitions, and competitions, she has also participated in a number of exhibitions and competitions.
In addition to showing his works in solo exhibitions, public exhibitions, and competitions, he has also produced paintings for the movie "Same Moon I See" (Director: Kenta Fukasaku, Starring: Yosuke Kubozuka), which was released nationwide in 2005.
He has also created the book illustration for the novel "Shidou Zanshou - The End of the Edo Period in Kyoto" by Hitomi Fujimoto, published by Chuokoron Shinsha.
