I use the vitality of heat to give form to the images that come to me in my daily life, and express them as existential burning. When I express myself by burning, I strongly feel that I am alive. I feel the warmth of the heat, the shimmering, the changing state, and the power of vitality in the flow of the firing process. The expression of firing in my work has two aspects: creation and destruction. By burning, existence is created, and depending on the degree, it can also be erased. I want to use the expression of burning to depict living existence and its traces. I want to convey the brightness of nature and things through the works of the expression of firing in this age when the existence of nature and things with form is disappearing.
