Roberto Sayas is a kinetic professional artist. Based at Lima, Peru. His work spins around “Color” and its influence over the public.

Color is magical.

Each work has the intention to engage visually and emotionally with the observer.

He has eight years working around this subject. Colorful paintures, collages, mathematical, precise and symmetrical sculptures, goes around ancestral, cultural, landscapes and geometric themes.

Wood, mdf, acrylic, canvas, epoxic resin, are his favourite materials. The aerographic painture is a precise and neat technique to his means.

This allows him to build some structures to support planes, volumes and 3D effects. His objective is to create a colorful gradient effect over support.

Color is mysterious.

Sometimes you will perceive it as it is (for real), other times, like it seems to be. Sometimes, some hues are absent from the support.

Under a diligent craftsmanship, he approaches to color from his Venezuelan and Peruvian heritance.

For the composition, he applies concepts of “Golden Proportions” to symbolize the harmonic aspects of nature. Fostering ludicrous, vivid and harmonic experiences over dramatic pictoric proposals.

The hidden side of color. Synthetize the discrete relationship that arises between the artwork and its surroundings.

The artwork becomes a lively experience, that enchants and transforms the days of who contemplates it.

Each work is unique and original, it is delivered signed.

We sell globally through @singulartofficial, @saatchiart and Mida Vinci.

Last year, the UK Visual Artists Association, honored his work as Highly Commended Exhibitor, as one of the finalists for the 2.022 VAA Professional Artist Award. His works were selected over 1.2k submissions from all over the world.

On May, his works took place at the prestigious Casacor Peru 2023, the country finest architecture & interior design fair.

This summer, his work will take part of the ExpoDeco 2023, at Lima, Perú. A local architect firm asked him to join their installation at the fair.

“Art holds a great danger. It has the power to transform.
Once it gets into your life. You will never be the same.”
The author.
