I am based in Fortaleza, in the state of Ceara, Brazil. I started my art career late in life, around the age of 40. After attending Art Basel Miami, I felt the urge to make my own art and from then on I started working on my art on a daily basis.

My work is primarily focused on collages made from discarded materials like office paper, old book pages and cotton textiles that I use as supports for my paintings. These materials allow for rich textures which give me te ability to mimic the impression of old walls with paint, poster fragments, and graffiti that have accumulated over time, in order to convey the influences of my art, mostly the pop art of the 1960s, the graffiti of the 80s/90s and the recent street art movement.
