Concept

I create my work with an awareness of the harmony of simple lines and colors that I find pleasing. I believe that simplified lines can only be persuasive and express the essence of an object more clearly through careful understanding and observation. I often use birds as motifs in my work. By using simple lines to capture the shape and movement of birds, I aim to highlight their natural beauty and individuality, and to touch the core of their existence. The artist's goal is to create a dialogue with the work by eliciting the viewer's own emotions and imagination. Birds in the natural world, while fulfilling their respective roles in flocks, each have their own beauty and individuality. From this beauty of coexistence, we learn the wisdom and harmony of life, and the importance of respecting each other's diversity. The way of life of birds offers us hints for living together in our society, and I put this thought into my work.

Biography

Spent childhood in the Philippines and Indonesia, then grew up in Kobe, Japan. Studied under a muralist from New York and learned academic techniques. She has been involved in the creation of numerous murals in restaurants, private salons, etc. As an individual, she mainly creates pencil sketches. A...
